Get ready to raise a glass to summer! Join us at the Beach Club Marina on June 14 and 15 to celebrate the summer and experience the grand opening of our brand-new patio and bar. Enjoy refreshing drink specials, the full grill menu, live music (from 3-5PM) and exclusive commemorative items for members throughout the weekend. Family Movie Night

Every Sunday night, bring your favorite pillow and blanket to the Northwoods Clubhouse for family movie night! Grab dinner and drinks from Pizza on the Hill, kick back and enjoy a mix of new releases, old-school favorites and kid-approved picks. Once a month, kids get to choose the movie and every fourth week is Old-School Movie Week, featuring classic favorites. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free popcorn is provided. Movies will be rated G, PG or PG-13.

Truckee Pride Week Community Film Screening

Presented by Unlikely Media, enjoy a special screening of Canyon Chorus, an inspiring film about queer life and the outdoors. Join Mikah Meyer, an American travel journalist and LGBTQ rights advocate, his mentor Larry and three friends on a river rafting trip centered around friendship and joy. Canyon Chorus is a story about being your true self in the outdoors, about advocacy and about recognizing the important people in one’s life. Gather with friends, neighbors, and new faces for a vibrant evening of community and creativity at Alder Creek Adventure Center. After the short film screening, stay for a live Q&A with the film’s director, Mikah Myers.

Sign up and meet at your neighborhood check-in station to receive cleanup supplies and help make our streets shine bright by cleaning up litter in your neighborhood! Afterwards, celebrate at a town-wide block party at the Truckee Regional Park. The Optimist Club will be on the grill flipping burgers and local band Down the Rabbit Hole will bring the good jams. 13th Annual Summer Concert on the Green

Tahoe Donner’s annual Summer Concert on the Green is back for its 13th year, and as luck would have it, this year the event will fall on the 4th of July for the first time. The two-day event is set for July 4 and 5 and features live performances on both nights by top tribute and dance bands.

All ticket sales are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

FRIDAY, JULY 4

OPENING ACT: FAST TIMES
MAIN ACT: TAINTED LOVE

Things kick off Friday, July 4, with Fast Times, a high-energy cover band that plays an eclectic mix of the most iconic music from all eras. Then break out your neon jackets, acid washed jeans and leg warmers and dance the night away with Tainted Love, the Bay Area’s legendary 80’s Tribute band, bringing you all the hits from pop music’s greatest decade.

OPENING ACT: DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE
MAIN ACT: THE ILLEAGLES

On Saturday, July 5, there’s another action-packed line-up starting with local favorites, Down the Rabbit Hole, known for taking audiences on a deep musical journey through the 60s and 70s. Then, it’s sure to be one of those nights with headliner, The Illeagles, the premier tribute band to the music of The Eagles. This talented group of musicians brings their own swagger and passion to one of the most popular catalogs in rock n’ roll.

Summer Concert on the Green is a family-friendly, all-ages event taking place under the stars at the Tahoe Donner Driving Range, located adjacent to Trout Creek Recreation Center at 12790 Northwoods Blvd. in Truckee, CA.

Concert attendees may bring their own picnics and low-back lawn chairs are recommended. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on both days from local Truckee vendors and food trucks. Be respectful to your neighbors. Sorry, as much as we love our Truckee dogs, they are not allowed in the event. We ask you to please leave them at home.

Trout Creek Hormone Balance Class
